Our Mission
Established in 2012 in memory of Mary Grace DiGiorgi, a nurse who dedicated her life to caring for others, our mission is simple — to uplift and support those living with life-limiting illness.
Through donations and community support, we help provide comfort items, medical equipment, and small joys that bring peace to patients and their loved ones.
